Duk creams sun fito daga Madarar shanu. Wannan yana da zafi zuwa 35ºC kuma an zuba shi a cikin centrifuge, daga abin da Nata, cakuda mai (30 zuwa 40%) da ruwa. Ana amfani da matakai daban-daban dangane da adadin cream da za'a samu, na ruwa ko mai kauri.

"Fresh" cream yayi kauri tunda ya kasance manna sannan kuma ahada da ferment. Wannan yana ba shi wannan ɗanɗano na musamman.
