Return to a vegetable-based diet after a summer of sedentary life and excess sugar is essential both for the line and for health. And the best part is that these are wraps and sandwiches that can be made in just a few minutes!
Salad wrap
Making this colorful lunch will only take a few minutes. Crush a generous handful of canned beans with cumin and a pinch of chili powder. Spread the mixture on a Mexican tortilla and add lettuce, chopped tomato, avocado and mango.
Crispy vegetable sandwich
For this sandwich you will need a resistant sliced bread (better if it is with seeds). The ingredients are cucumber, onion, sprouts, tomato, and red pepper. The creamy complement can come from a few slices of avocado or some vegetarian cheese.
Roasted vegetable ciabatta
Start by roasting a small yellow bell pepper and some mushrooms. Cut a tomato into slices and place it on a ciabatta bread of slightly less than one inch previously spread with a tomato vinaigrette. Add some chopped fennel stalks. Lastly, add the bell pepper and roasted mushrooms.
