The ingredients that we will need to prepare this smoothie rich in iron and Vitamin C, so beneficial to our health, are the following: half a cucumber, a cup of green grapes, half a cup of spinach, two small kiwis and one or two cups of water.

La preparation, as always happens with these types of homemade drinks, it has no secrets. You just have to pour all the food into a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.

This fruit and vegetable smoothie provides the body with vitamin C and iron, helping the former (present in kiwi) to absorb the iron from spinach. It can be taken once a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
