This is a different diet, based on the intake of different infusions. It was specially designed for those who need to lose weight quickly, you can only do it for 4 days. Now, it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos.

Any person in a healthy state of health can put it into practice. If you are determined to do it, you will have to drink as much water as possible, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of sunflower oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Menu:

  • Breakfast: 2 cups of common tea and 1 fruit of your choice.
  • Mid-morning: 2 cups of cooked mate and 1 hard-boiled egg.
  • Lunch: 2 cups of skim milk, 1 fruit of your choice and 1 serving of your choice of vegetable salad.
  • Mid-afternoon: 2 cups of coffee and 1 serving of light gelatin.
  • Snack: 2 cups of coffee with skim milk and 1 whole wheat toast.
  • Dinner: 2 cups of light or homemade broth, 1 fruit of your choice and 1 serving of grilled chicken, fish or meat.
  • Before going to bed: 1 glass of juice of 1 citrus fruit of your choice.

If you do not know what infusion to make, we recommend the cinnamon and bay leaf infusion as it will help you eliminate fat easily.
