This is a different diet based mainly on water consumption, it is very easy to put into practice, it can be done by anyone who has a healthy state of health. Now, you can only do it for 4 days and it will allow you to lose about 3 kilos.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to do some kind of physical activity every day, flavor your infusions with sweetener, season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: ½ liter of water, 1 infusion of your choice, 1 hard-boiled egg white and 1 citrus fruit.

Mid-morning: ½ liter of water, 1 infusion of your choice and 1 toast with a slice of cheese for skimmed salt.

Lunch: ½ liter of water, 1 cup of light broth, 1 serving of green leafy salad and 1 fruit of your choice.

Mid-afternoon: ½ liter of water, 1 infusion of your choice and 1 portion of light gelatin.

Snack: ½ liter of water, 1 infusion of your choice, 1 skim yougrt and 1 citrus fruit.

Dinner: ½ liter of water, 1 cup of light broth, 1 portion of grilled chicken or fish, 1 portion of your choice of salad and 1 of your choice of fruit.

Before going to bed: ½ liter of water and 1 infusion of your choice.
