Shock diet for weight loss

If you are one of those people who can control yourself when it comes to dieting, I bring you this famous shock diet to detoxify you in a few days.

This diet combines the best of the classic diets, on the one hand the liquid part and on the other the best of vegetarianism. You have to do it for two days, on the third day eat a common but healthy diet and repeat it for another two days.

For day one, we will carry out a "liquid only" diet in which during the day you can ingest the desired amount of liquid, taking into account that it will always have to be natural fruit juices, diet jelly and vegetable soup (spinach, carrots, pumpkin Italian, asparagus, onion and salt, but keep in mind that this soup has to be blended.

For day two, you have breakfast with sweetener and two fruits (and repeat it for your snack). For lunch, eat three servings of a spinach or mushroom omelette.
