This is a diet designed especially for all those women who work as secretaries and need to lose some extra pounds. It is a very simple diet to carry out and ideal for those who do this type of work. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose 2 kilos in just 10 days.
If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten all the infusions with sweetener, season the meals with salt, herbs, lemon juice, vinegar and a minimal amount of olive.
Example of daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion and 2 toasts of bran bread spread with light jam.
Mid-morning: 1 infusion and 1 fruit.
Lunch: 1 light instant soup and 1 portion of vegetable salad or 2 small portions of
chard cake or zucchini.
Mid afternoon: 1 infusion and 1 light cereal bar.
Snack: 1 infusion and 1 skim yogurt with fruits.
Dinner: 1 portion of meat, chicken or fish, 1 portion of mashed potatoes and 1 portion of light gelatin.
