Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 eggs
- 250 grams of ground almonds
- 2 teaspoons sweetener
- butter (low calories), amount needed
- zest of 1 lemon or orange
- ground cinnamon, a pinch
Preparation
First mix the ground almonds with the lemon or orange zest, the flour and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Then, beat the yolks with the sweetener and mix them with the almonds, until you get a homogeneous paste.
In a bowl, pour the egg whites and beat them until stiff and with enveloping movements, incorporate them into the previous preparation. Butter a cake pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Remove and cool before cutting into portions.
