Almond cake recipe for diabetics

This delicious cake with almonds It is an ideal food for all diabetics to enjoy at snack time or as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 grams of ground almonds
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener
  • butter (low calories), amount needed

  • ground cinnamon, a pinch

Preparation

First mix the ground almonds with the lemon or orange zest, the flour and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Then, beat the yolks with the sweetener and mix them with the almonds, until you get a homogeneous paste.
