Orange and apple diet

This is a dietary regimen designed especially for all those people who need to lose those extra kilos that bother them so much. It is a very simple plan to carry out and is based mainly on the intake of oranges and apples. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose between 1 kilo in just 2 days.

If you are determined to put this plan into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 orange and 1 apple.

Mid-morning: 1 orange and 1 apple.

Lunch: 250g. chicken or fish, 1 orange and 1 apple.

Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Snack: 1 infusion, 1 orange and 1 apple.

Before dinner: 1 cup of light broth or 4 pickles.

Dinner: 1 serving of salad with 3 vegetables of your choice, 1 orange and 1 apple.

Before going to bed: 1 digestive infusion.
