  • 2 liters of whole milk.

Preparation

  • Pour into a mold and cover with aluminum foil. Afterwards so that it is better kept with a kitchen cloth.
  • This mold will have to be left covered for 4 hours so that it begins to ferment.
  • Drain the whey that he released and with the help of a spoon beat the mixture.
  • Place them in individual containers and store in the fridge.
