This is a dietary regimen that has the purpose that the people who put it into practice lose those extra kilos. It has the peculiarity of having only 1 strong meal at lunch, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose 2 kilos in 6 days.

To be able to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, flavor your infusions with sweetener, season your meals with salt, pepper and sunflower oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 toast spread with light cheese.

Mid-morning: 1 serving of light gelatin.

Lunch: 250g. of meat, chicken or fish with 1 serving of salad of your choice or 1 deep plate of dry noodles with grated light cheese and 1 cup of homemade fruit salad.

Mid-afternoon: 1 large glass of citrus fruit juice.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 skim yogurt with cereals.

Dinner: 1 cup of homemade vegetable soup, 2 fruits of your choice, 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits or cereals and 1 infusion of your choice.
