Low calorie diet of 800 calories

This hypocaloric diet is specially designed for all people who need to make a diet to lose weight or maintenance. If you follow this regimen strictly, it will allow you to lose 2 kilos in 10 days. Of course, in order to put this plan into practice, you must have a healthy state of health.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you should do some kind of physical activity, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and balsamic vinegar. Daily menu
