This hypocaloric diet is specially designed for all those people who need to lose only a few extra kilos or to maintain their weight. It is a very simple plan to carry out, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in 9 days.

In order to put this diet into practice, you must have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt, aromatic herbs and a minimum amount of olive oil or sunflower.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion and 4 light water cookies spread with light sweet.

Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits or cereals and 1 pear.

Lunch: light broth, 2 servings of chard or spinach tart and 1 cup of fruit salad. You can drink the amount of broth you want.
