Dieting does not mean depriving yourself of what is tasty, you can eat tasty and healthy at the same time, taking care of your silhouette.

2 hard-boiled eggs (just the white)
½ can of shredded natural tuna
1 tablespoon mustard
½ tablespoon low calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon and finely chopped parsley

Preparation
Put the parsley, the tuna, the mustard tablespoon, the mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt in a container, mix everything until homogeneous and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, together with the hard-boiled egg white halves without the yolks.
Remove everything from the refrigerator, put the filling in a sleeve, with a medium peak whichever you prefer and fill the eggs, if you like you can serve it, on a mattress of fresh lettuce leaves, or accompanied by a salad of leaves.
