Artichoke, Cucumber and lemon smoothie low calories

This smoothie contains vitamins A, B, B1, B2 and C, as well as minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, and sulfur.

Ingredients

1 artichoke heart
½ cucumber
1 ripe tomato, peeled
Sal Island
Juice of one lemon

Preparation

Put the heart of the cucumber cut into eight parts in a blender jar, then peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes, put it together with the artichoke, finally cut the tomato into thin slices, the lemon and add it to the other two ingredients , remembering to put a pinch of salt.
