This is a frugivorous diet designed especially for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra kilos that bother them so much. It is a very simple plan to carry out, it is based on the intake of fresh fruits. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose between 1 and 2 kilos in just 4 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily and sweeten all your infusions with sweetener. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Fasting: 1 glass of citrus fruit juice.

Breakfast: 1 infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate) and 150g. of fruits of choice.

Mid-morning: 1 or 2 cups of light or homemade broth.

Lunch: 500g. of fruits of your choice and 1 cup of digestive tea.

Mid afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk.

Dinner: 500g. of fruits of your choice and 1 cup of digestive tea.

Before going to bed: 1 glass of citrus fruit juice.
