Lose weight by eating tomato and tuna

This is a dietary regimen designed especially for those who need to lose those extra kilos that bother them so much, it is based mainly on the intake of tomato and tuna. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 2 ½ kilos in just 8 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Fasting: 1 glass of juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange.

Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 tomato and 50g. of tuna.

Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Lunch: tomato and tuna and 2 fruits. You can eat the amount of tomato and tuna you want.

Mid afternoon: 2 fruits.

Snack: 1 infusion and 2 whole wheat toasts spread with cheese or light jam.

Dinner: 50g. of meat or chicken, 50g. of tuna, tomato and 1 portion of light gelatin. You can eat the amount of tomato you want.

After dinner: 1 infusion.

    This is already very old but I can recommend that you exercise while maintaining this diet and add a handful of almonds or walnuts after lunch and dinner, do not abuse this because it makes you fat. They can eat 6 to eat a little good fats and I repeat they exercise every day, be it aerobic, anaerobic, gym or whatever they like, THE MORE THEY TRAIN THE BETTER YOU WILL GO!
    I follow the diet and I don't cut it and I try to cheat my body by eating other things and I lose half a kilo a week, which would be just enough to keep them from gaining weight again!
    If you want to see good results be patient that things are not achieved overnight.
