This is a diet designed for those people who need to lose those extra kilos they have and who like carrots and tomatoes. You can practice this diet for 5 days only, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos.
If you are determined to put this plan into practice, you must have a healthy state of health. You will also have to drink as much water as possible, sweeten your infusions with sweetener, season your meals with salt, oregano and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below during the 5 days that you do the diet.
Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 glass of tomato juice.
Midmorning: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 carrot.
Lunch: light broth, 1 glass of tomato juice, carrot and 1 grapefruit. You can drink the amount of broth you want and eat the amount of carrot you want.
Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk and 1 tomato.
Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 glass of carrot juice.
Dinner: light broth, 1 glass of carrot juice, tomato and 1 orange. You can drink the amount of broth you want and eat the amount of tomato you want.
