Lose weight by eating cheesy rice

This is a diet specially designed for all those people who need to lose weight that they have extra and that bother them so much. It is a very simple plan to carry out and is based on the intake of rice of your choice with cheese for light health. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose weight around 2 in 8 days.

To be able to carry out this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of sunflower oil.     And what happens ?? if I can't eat apples and peaches ?? and jam of any kind, can I use other types of fruit, and as a side instead of jam ???, it could be light cheese
