This is an ideal diet for all people who need to put into practice a diet to lose weight and it is perfect to do it in times when it is cold and the body needs to incorporate hot foods. It will allow you to lose around 3 kilos in 10 days.

If you are determined to put this dietary regime into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten your infusions with sweetener and season your purees with salt, light grated cheese and a minimum amount of light margarine. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 glass of juice of 1 fruit of your choice.

Mid-morning: 100g. carrot puree or zucchini.

Lunch: pumpkin or squash puree and 1 serving of light gelatin. You can eat the amount of puree you want.

Mid-afternoon: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 light biscuit of your choice.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 low-fat yogurt.

Dinner: mashed potato / sweet potato and 1 fruit of your choice. You can eat the amount of puree you want.

Before going to bed: 1 glass of juice of 1 fruit of your choice.
