This is a diet designed especially for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra pounds. It is a very simple diet to carry out, it is based mainly on the intake of peaches. If you do it strictly, it allows you to lose 2 kilos in 8 days.
To be able to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten all your infusions with sweetener and season your meals in a minimal way. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.
Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 glass of skim milk and 2 peaches.
Mid-morning: 1 infusion and 1 peach.
Lunch: 1 serving of grilled chicken or meat and 3 peaches.
Mid afternoon: 1 small skim yogurt.
Snack: 1 infusion and 2 peaches.
Dinner: 1 deep plate of brown rice salad, green beans, tomato, artichokes and onion and 2 peaches.
