Dinner: light broth, 1 deep plate of natural mackerel salpicón and vegetables of your choice or 2 large portions of natural mackerel tart prepared in light form and 1 portion of light gelatin. You can drink the amount of broth you want.
Before going to bed: 1 infusion or 1 fruit of your choice.
