This is a dietary regimen designed especially for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra kilos that bother them so much. It is a very simple diet to carry out, it is based mainly on the intake of black tea. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in 7 days.

To be able to carry out this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, drink bitter black tea and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 cup of black tea and 2 apples.

Mid-morning: 1 cup of black tea and 2 light bran biscuits.

Lunch: salad of brown rice, tomato, cuttlefish, green beans, artichokes and lentils and 1 cup of black tea. You can eat the amount of salad you want.
