This is a dietary regimen designed especially for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra kilos that bother them so much. It is a very easy diet to carry out, it is based mainly on the intake of pumpkin and potato puree. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 1 ½ kilo in only 8 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener, prepare the puree in a light form and season your meals with salt and a minimal amount of sunflower oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion and 2 small whole wheat toasts spread with light cheese.

Mid-morning: 1 fruit of your choice.

Lunch: 100g. chicken, meat or fish and mashed potatoes. You can eat the mashed potatoes you want.
