This is a diet specially designed for all those people who need to lose weight that they have extra and that bother them so much. It is a very simple plan to carry out, it is based mainly on the intake of peas and carrots. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose 2 kilos in 7 days.

To be able to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, flavor your infusions with sweetener, drink as much water as possible daily and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice (tea, coffee or cooked mate), 1 fruit of your choice and 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits or cereals.

Lunch: 1 cup of light broth, peas and carrots and 1 portion of light gelatin. You can eat the amount of vegetables you want.

Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 100g. of meat or chicken, 1 deep plate of peas and carrots and 1 cup of fruit salad.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion of your choice (tea, coffee or cooked mate).
