Lose weight by eating oatmeal

This is a diet designed specifically for all those people who need to lose those extra kilos and cleanse their body and who are fans of oats. If you follow this regimen strictly, it will allow you to lose about 3 kilos in 5 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Menu:

Breakfast: 1 glass of skim milk with 2 large tablespoons of oatmeal and 1 fruit of your choice or 1 infusion of your choice and 1 low-fat yogurt with 2 large tablespoons of oatmeal.

Mid-morning: 2 fruits or 1 glass of fruit juice.

Lunch: 1 cup of light broth mixed with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 serving of grilled meat, chicken or fish, 1 serving of green leafy salad and 1 serving of light gelatin.

Mid afternoon: 2 fruits or 1 glass of fruit juice.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 2 whole wheat toasts spread with light cheese mixed with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. You can cut the infusion with skim milk.

Dinner: 1 cup of homemade vegetable soup with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 bowl of your choice of boiled vegetables and 2 of your choice of fruits.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion of your choice.

    aii holi pss I started 4 days ago with this fabulous oatmeal, obviously having a strictly balanced diet, for best results I remove junk and bread from my food and I feel lighter I have lost 2 kilos this diet is excellent and drink lots of water

    mm this diet sounds convincing ... I will put it into practice ... but someone knows if there is no problem with me, since I recently turned 17 and as a boy I was too fat but because of complex and teasing I started doing weights and bmx and in 1 year I achieved a body of a strong person at 15 but I stopped doing it and as I said I am self-conscious and poetry I notice a few extra kilos in me, they do not show me but when I take off the shirt I can see them ... I am also thinking that it is my development but not really I can live feeling full ... well I hope and someone can help me as much as I can.

    I have a friend. q under 50 pounds, with this oatmeal diet .. of course in 4 months .. but if it works .. he did it 5 days on foot, and the other days he ate normal, but always had a cup of oatmeal for dinner .. I hope my comment helps you.
