Lose weight by eating mashed potatoes

This is a diet specially designed for all those people who need to lose a few extra kilos. It is a very easy plan to do, it is based mainly on the intake of mashed potatoes. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in just 8 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener, prepare mashed potatoes in a light form and season your meals with salt. and a minimal amount of sunflower oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion and 2 whole wheat toast spread with light white cheese.

Mid-morning: 2 oranges.

Lunch: 100g. meat or chicken, 1 deep plate of mashed potatoes and 1 infusion.

Mid afternoon: 2 grapefruits.

Snack: 1 infusion and 1 skim yogurt with cereals.

Dinner: mashed potatoes and 1 infusion. You can eat the amount of puree you want.

      Hello, I started a similar diet but in my own way, I have breakfast like a queen (coffee with milk, orange juice, and whole wheat toast with oil, serrano ham and cheese), as normal mashed potatoes (made with debonated milk and margarine) and two slices of ham later. For a snack, a light natural yogurt or a fat-burning infusion with 5 crackers and at night a mashed potatoes with two slices of ham or even one day a small wholemeal toast with ham and oil. I have managed to lose weight in 4 days 3 kilos. I have hallucinated. Recommended although you have to have willpower.
