This is a diet designed for those people who need to lose weight and like gelatin a lot. It is a very easy plan to carry out, it is recommended to put it into practice in hot weather.     This diet is quite effective if you follow it to the letter! the other thing ahy people who wrote above that is crap, please is a diet that asks you to drink aguaaa !! I mean, the jelly is made up of 80% water the same as the broth. the infusions are tea, coffee, herbal waters etc ... I mean more water !!
