Lose weight by eating chard patties

This is a diet designed especially for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra kilos that bother them so much. It is a very simple plan to carry out, it is based on the intake of chard patties. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose 1 ½ kilo in just 5 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten your infusions with sweetener and prepare the chard patties in light form. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

On an empty stomach: 1 glass of orange or grapefruit juice.

Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 whole wheat toast spread with light jam and 1 low-fat yogurt.

Lunch: light broth and 3 chard patties. You can drink the amount of broth you want.

Snack: 1 infusion, 1 toast of bran bread spread with light cheese and 1 low-fat yogurt.

Dinner: 1 ham feta, 1 hard-boiled egg, 2 chard patties and 1 infusion.
