This diet was specially designed for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra kilos that bother them so much and are fans of brown rice and artichokes. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in 7 days.
To be able to put this diet into practice you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener, eat boiled brown rice and artichokes and season your meals with salt and a minimal amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.
Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 fruit and 1 low-fat yogurt.
Lunch: 100g. of meat, chicken or fish, 1 deep plate of brown rice and artichokes, 1 fruit and 1 infusion.
Snack: 1 infusion, 1 fruit and 1 low-fat yogurt.
Dinner: brown rice and artichokes, 1 fruit and 1 infusion. You can eat the amount of brown rice and artichokes you want.
Before going to bed: 1 infusion.
