Lose weight by eating boiled food

This is a very simple diet to carry out and that was specially designed for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra kilos that bother them so much. It is based on the intake of boiled food, if you put it into practice strictly it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in 25 days.

To carry out this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, eat all boiled foods, flavor all infusions with sweetener, perform physical activity and season meals only with salt, herbs , vinegar and olive oil.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 fruit, ½ skim yogurt and 1 toast of white bread spread with light jam.

Lunch: 150g. chicken, 1 serving of chard, pumpkin and carrot and 1 cup of fruit salad.

Snack: 1 infusion, 1 fruit, ½ skim yogurt and 1 toast of bran bread spread with light jam.

Dinner: vegetables of your choice. You can eat the amount you want.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion.
