Lose weight by eating a fruit and a dairy

This is a diet specially designed for those who need to lose weight quickly and are fans of fruits and dairy. It is a very easy diet to put into practice, you can only do it for 3 days and it will allow you to lose about 3 kilos.

If you are determined to put this plan into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, use sweetener to sweeten your infusions and drink as much water as possible daily, at least 2 liters. You can drink the amount of infusions you want daily in order to satisfy yourself.

Day 1
Breakfast: 1 large glass of orange juice.
Lunch: 200g. of cheese for light salut and oranges. You can eat the amount of oranges you want.
Snack: 1 large glass of orange juice.
Dinner: 200g. of oranges and cheese for light salut. You can eat the amount of cheese you want.

Day 2
Breakfast: 1 glass of milk and banana smoothie.
Lunch: 1 large glass of skim milk and bananas. You can eat the amount of bananas you want.
Snack: 1 glass of milk and banana smoothie.
Dinner: skim milk and 2 bananas. You can drink the amount of milk you want.

Day 3
Breakfast: 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 kiwi.
Lunch: 200cc. of skim yogurt and kiwis. You can eat the amount of kiwis you want.
Snack: 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 kiwi.
Dinner: 200g. of kiwis and skim yogurt. You can eat the amount of milk you want.

    a question I want to apply this diet but the qeso could not be exchanged for any lihgt cheese ah! tbn the blended glass of milk can be together with the banana ?? both smoothies or just the whole banana ?? write me please !!
