This is a dietary regimen designed for all those people who need to lose weight quickly those extra kilos that bother them so much. It is based mainly on the intake of fresh orange and grapefruit juices. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in 6 days.
If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals in a minimal way. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.
Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 glass of grapefruit juice.
Mid-morning: 1 glass of orange juice and 1 whole wheat toast.
Lunch: 200g. of meat, chicken or fish, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 glass of grapefruit juice.
Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of grapefruit juice and 1 toast of bran bread.
Snack: 1 infusion, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 glass of grapefruit juice.
Dinner: 1 deep plate of vegetable soup, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 glass of grapefruit juice.
Before going to bed: 1 glass of skim milk or 1 skim yogurt.
