This light corn milk is a vegetarian milk, which does not contain fat, being also very nutritious and healthy, with a high calcium content that is excellent for the skeletal system and being an ideal preparation to include it in breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients:
>> 12 cups of natural water.
>> 8 very tender corn.
>> 1 cinnamon stick.
>> sweetener, a few drops.
Preparation:
First you must cut the kernels of the corn, and then place them in the blender glass along with the cups of water and blend them. Once this step is done, you must pass them through a fine mesh strainer to obtain the milk.
Place this milk in a pot and boil it for 15 minutes together with the cinnamon stick. Once ready, remove the cinnamon stick and serve it in cups or glasses.
