Lose 7 kilos in 25 days by eating healthy

DAY 1

Snack: 1 fresh fruit in pieces

Dinner: Soda or light juice or soda or water or broth or vegetable soup with Zucchinis Soufflé

DAY 3
Breakfast: 1 glass of skim milk whipped with bitter cocoa and sweetener or 1 light chocolate

Lunch: Soda or light juice or soda or water or broth or vegetable soup and grilled breast with lemon.

Snack: Infusion with skim milk and sweetener

Dinner: Soda or light juice or soda or water or broth or vegetable soup with exotic salad (1/2 small avocado in small balls, celery, brown rice, tomato, cooked carrot and head lettuce)
