This is a diet specially designed for all those people who need to lose weight a few extra kilos that bother them so much. It is a very simple regimen to carry out, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose around 3 kilos in just 20 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor all your infusions with sweetener and season all your meals with salt, herbs and a minimum amount Of olive oil.

Menu example:

Breakfast: 1 or 2 cups of infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate), 1 glass of orange or grapefruit juice and 2 toasts of whole wheat bread spread with kiwi jam or light plum.

Mid-morning: 1 cup of fruit salad.

Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, 50g of cheese for light salut, 2 plates of vegetable soup and 1 dessert or light gelatin.

Mid afternoon: 1 small toast of ham and cheese made in light form.

Snack: 1 or 2 cups of coffee with milk, 1 apple or 1 kiwi and 2 toasts of bran bread spread with strawberry or light cherry jam.

Dinner: 1 or 2 cups of light broth, 250g. baked or grilled lean meat or chicken, 1 large serving of your choice of vegetable salad, and 2 fruits.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion.
