Lose 3 kilos in 15 days

This is a specially prepared diet for people who need to lose a few extra kilos. In a very easy plan to carry out, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose around 3 kilos in 15 days. Of course, you will have to do some kind of physical activity in parallel.

If you are determined to put this plan into practice, it is essential that you have a healthy state of health, that you drink at least 2 liters of water per day, that you sweeten your infusions with sweetener and that you season all your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil.

Menu example:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk, 1 small glass of citrus fruit juice of your choice and 4 light biscuits spread with light jam.

Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits or cereals or 1 slice of whole wheat bread with 1 slice of light cheese and ½ small tomato.

Lunch: raw vegetable salad of your choice, 100g. chicken, meat or fish and 1 fruit of your choice. You can eat the amount of salad you want.

Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk with light cereals or 1 light cereal bar.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 small glass of light drinkable yogurt and 2 toasts of your choice of bread spread with light white cheese.

Dinner: light or homemade broth, 2 portions of vegetable tart of your choice and 1 fruit of your choice. You can drink the amount of broth you want and the cake should only be made naturally and with light elements.

After dinner: 1 infusion of your choice.
