Lose 2 kilos in 10 days

This is a diet specially designed for those who need to lose a minimum amount of kilos. This regimen will allow you to lose around 2 kilos in 10 days. Now, to put this dietary plan into practice you will have to have a healthy state of health and not suffer from stomach disorders.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Day 1
Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 2 bran biscuits spread with light jam.
Mid-morning: 1 apple.

Mid afternoon: 1 pear.
Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 low-fat yogurt.
Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 150g. wholegrain dry noodles with light grated cheese and 1 grapefruit.

Day 2
Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 whole wheat toast spread with light cheese.
Mid-morning: 1 plum.
Lunch: 1 cup of light broth, 100g. of lean meat, 1 serving of mixed salad and 1 kiwi.
Mid afternoon: 1 mandarin.
Snack: 1 glass of hot or cold skim milk and 2 light water cookies.
Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 150g. chicken, 1 portion of puree of your choice and 1 small banana.

Day 3
Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 2 wholemeal cookies spread with light jam.
Mid-morning: 1 kiwi.
Lunch: 1 bowl of raw vegetables and 1 serving of light gelatin.
Mid afternoon: 1 orange.
Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 skim yogurt with cereals.
Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 150g. of fish, 1 portion of boiled vegetables of your choice and 1 pear.
