Light recipe: stuffed zucchini

Ingredients:

»3 zucchini.

" 1 egg.

»150g. of skim ricotta.

»Light vegetable spray,

»150g. of cheese for skimmed salut

»1 ½ tablespoon light breadcrumbs.

»1 ½ tablespoon of paprika.

Preparation :

Before starting to cook it is very important that you turn the oven to medium temperature so that it is hot when cooking the preparation, it must be turned on at least half an hour before. You should cut the zucchini in half and hollow them out with a spoon.
