This light pineapple shake prepared in the thermomix was designed for all those who are following a diet to lose a few kilos or a specific diet to maintain weight as it will only provide few calories to your body.
Ingredients:
6 slices of natural pineapple.
1 banana.
1 glass of skim milk.
2 light yogurts pineapple flavor.
crushed ice, to taste.
ground cinnamon.
Preparation:
Place the pineapple slices, banana, yogurts and skim milk in the thermomix glass and blend for 1 minute, speed 8 to 10 until you have a very fine mixture.
Pour into glasses or glasses of your choice a little crushed ice to taste and top with the shake and finally sprinkle them with ground cinnamon.
