How to follow the lemon diet

For obvious reasons, during the five days that the diet lasts, this food should be consumed at all meals. Although it is not the only food allowed, it must be supplemented with fruits, vegetables and meats that will be gradually incorporated.

Monday

The first day is the day of shock, you will drink lemon juice diluted in warm or weather water. It can be sweetened to taste with stevia or sweeteners.

During the main meals of the day, lunch and dinner you can eat cooked vegetables. All except the potatoes.

Martes

  •  Breakfast and snack: Lemon tea sweetened with sweeteners and a piece of fruit, preferably an orange or grapefruit
  • Lunch: lemon juice diluted in warm water. A carrot salad with tomatoes and watercress and two pineapple slices for dessert
  • Dinner: Glass of lemon juice, a plate of brown rice with a hard hole. To finish a pear.

Wednesday

  • The same breakfast and snack is repeated as on Tuesday.
  • Lunch: Lemon juice, lettuce and tomato salad. Grilled chicken breast. Fruit for dessert.
  • Dinner: Glasses of lemon juice, a portion of pumpkin puree and a tomato salad, low-fat fresh cheese, oil and salt. An apple to end the day.

Thursday

  • The same breakfast and snack is repeated.
  • Lunch: Lemon juice, ration fish baked with lemon, green lettuce salad and two pineapple slices.
  • Dinner: Zucchini stuffed with brown rice and low calorie cheese and an apple, all served with lime juice to drink.

 Friday

  • Breakfast and snack: same dynamic as the rest of the days.
  • Lunch: Two glasses of lemon juice, grilled beef fillet, cucumber, tomato and lettuce salad, and finally, a pear.
  • Dinner: All the lemon juice you want, baked chicken without its skin with gratin spinach, two slices of pineapple.

The diet is very low in calories, for this reason you lose volume and weight quickly. However, you should not abuse it and only do it for five days. You need to be aware of how you feel when you do it and stop if you feel unwell.

To complete the diet, it is best to accompany it with daily moderate exercise and introduce sport into your day-to-day life. Eventually, after the initial effort, you won't be able to live without it.
