This is a diet designed for those who need to follow a diet to lose weight and who like green leafy vegetables. You can only practice it for 1 week, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose between 2 and 3 kilos in 7 days.

Now, to be able to practice this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt, sunflower oil and vinegar. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 low-fat yogurt and 2 light biscuits of your choice.

Mid-morning: 1 glass of juice of 1 green leaf fruit of your choice.

Lunch: 2 cups of light broth, salad of green leafy vegetables of your choice and 1 serving of light gelatin. You can eat the amount of salad you want.

Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of juice of 1 green leaf fruit of your choice.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk and 3 whole wheat toasts spread with jam or light cheese.

Dinner: 2 cups of light broth, boiled green leafy vegetables of your choice and 1 serving of light gelatin. You can eat the amount of vegetables you want.

Before going to bed: 1 glass of citrus juice of your choice.
