Gluten benefits

As we already know, gluten is the protein fraction of the seed of cereals such as wheat, oats, barley and rye. Of course, it is important to clarify that pure gluten is obtained by isolating it from the wheat grain but that all people must use it in combination with flour.

Gluten does not have carbohydrates, contains less starch, is easy to digest and has few calories. It is ideal for use by people when it comes to carrying out a nutritious diet, who are on dietary regimens to lose weight or maintain themselves or who suffer from digestive problems. Now, you will not be able to incorporate it for those who suffer from autism, dermatitis herpetiformis, gluten allergies, celiac disease and gliadin intolerance.

Here are some foods you can include gluten in:

»Meatballs.

»Cereals.

»Croquettes.

»Pasta.

»Soups.

»Empanadas.

»Broths.

»Milanesas.

»Stews.

" Canapes.

Ancaro, I correct the content of your note a bit. A relationship between gluten and autism has not been scientifically proven.

In fact, my life experience proves that one can ingest gluten in any form and does not become profoundly autistic because of it, even with predisposition.

A couple of years ago I discovered that I have Asperger's Syndrome, which is known as invisible autism because it is only perceived in certain social conditions or everyday life. Many years before I was a vegetarian and gluten is the basis of all foods to replace meat. I started the diet due to severe gastritis and it improved my health, it had no effect (in fact all my life I have consumed foods that contain it) to "increase" my autism, or to modify my behavior, which is the basis for recommending the absence of gluten in autistics because they believe that it produces opiate effects, irritability and behavior modifications, as if one would take drugs and it is not.

Hello, good afternoon, my name Karen Laura and I was wondering if gluten is substituted for meat, since meat has a lot of fat? x that there are several comments that obesity causes if one separates it from starch, which is the one that does the most damage.
Can one continue consuming gluten to no longer eat meat?
