Egg white and tomato diet

This is a diet designed for all those people who need to lose those extra kilos. It is a very simple plan to carry out, it is based mainly on the intake of cooked egg white and tomato. If you do it, you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in 8 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 tomato and the egg white.

Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 tomato.

Lunch: tomato and egg white and 1 fruit. You can eat the amount of tomato and white you want.

Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 tomato.

Snack: 1 infusion, 1 tomato and 1 egg white.

Dinner: 120g. of meat, chicken or fish, 1 deep plate of tomato and egg white and 1 fruit.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion.
