This is a diet specially developed for all people who need to lose weight that they have extra and that bother them so much. It is a very easy plan to do, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose about 5 kilos in just 15 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil. . You will have to repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu

Fasting: 1 glass of natural lemon juice.

Breakfast: 1 infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate) and 2 fruits of your choice or 1 low-fat yogurt with fruits.

Mid-morning: 2 toasts of bread of your choice with 1 slice of weight per salut or 2 hard-boiled eggs.

Lunch: 3 cups of light broth, 250g. grilled meat, chicken or fish and 3 citrus fruits.

Mid afternoon: 1 serving of light gelatin and 2 light bran biscuits.

Snack: 1 infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate) and 2 fruits of your choice or 1 low-fat yogurt with cereals.

Dinner: 3 cups of light broth, 400g. choice of raw or boiled vegetables and 3 citrus fruits.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion of your choice. You can cut it with skim milk.
