To be able to implement this diet to combat constipation you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor the infusions with honey, perform any type of physical activity and season in a minimal and healthy way all your meals.
Example of daily menu:
Breakfast: 2 cups of green tea or cooked mate, yogurt with fibers and citrus fruits.
Mid-morning: 1 cup of broth with 1 tablespoon of bran.
Lunch: chicken, chard and broccoli scrambled eggs and fruit salad.
Mid afternoon: yogurt or dessert with 1 tablespoon of quinoa.
Snack: 2 cups of herbal tea, kiwis and whole grain cookies.
Dinner: spinach and onion croquettes, pumpkin or pumpkin puree with 1 tablespoon of flax seed and fruit salad.
Before going to bed: 2 cups of boldo or chamomile tea.
