This is a dietary regimen specially developed for all those people who work in offices and want to lose weight. It is a very simple plan to carry out and of short duration. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 3 kilos in 12 days.

If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals in a minimal way. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 cup of tea, 1 orange and 1 apple.

Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Lunch: homemade broth, 2 deep plates of vegetable salad of your choice and 1 portion of light gelatin. You can drink the amount of broth you want.

Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of smoothie with 1 fruit of your choice.

Snack: 1 cup of coffee, 1 kiwi and 2 slices of cheese per salut.

Dinner: 1 serving of meat, chicken or fish, 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 banana.

Before going to bed: 1 cup of green tea.
