Diet for fans of dulce de leche

If you are a fan of dulce de leche, this diet is perfect for you. Performing it strictly will allow you to lose between 2 and 3 kilos in 15 days. You will have to modify the menu that is detailed below so as not to get bored. If you suffer from diabetes, you will not be able to do this diet.

When you put this food plan into practice, you must perform physical activity, you will have to practice it 3 times a week at least and if possible be aerobic so that it allows you to burn calories thus facilitating lose those extra kilos.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 fruit, 1 egg, 1 whole wheat biscuit spread with dulce de leche.

Mid-morning: 1 glass of skim milk and 1 teaspoon of dulce de leche.

Lunch: 1 deep plate of salpicón of tuna to the natural and raw vegetables of choice and 1 water biscuit smeared with dulce de leche.

Mid-afternoon: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 teaspoon of dulce de leche.

Snack: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 skim yogurt and 1 bran biscuit spread with dulce de leche.

Dinner: 150g. of lean meat, chicken or fish, 1 deep plate of boiled vegetables of your choice and 1 biscuit spread with dulce de leche.
