Diet based on light sausages

This is a different dietary regimen from the others, it is very simple to perform and it will help you lose weight quickly those kilos that you have extra and that bother you so much. Now, you can only do it for 7 days, if you practice it strictly it will allow you to lose about 2 ½ kilos.

Daily menu:

Before going to bed: 1 infusion or 1 fruit.
