This is a diet specially devised for all those people who like cucumber and tomato and want to lose some extra kilos that bother them so much. It is a very simple plan to carry out and of short duration, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in 7 days.

If you are determined to put this regimen into practice, you should have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and olive oil. You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you do the diet.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 tomato and 1 cucumber.

Mid-morning: 2 fruits of your choice.

Lunch: 1 cup of light broth, tomato and cucumber salad and 1 digestive infusion. You can eat the amount of salad you want.

Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt.

Snack: 1 infusion, 1 tomato and cucumber.

Dinner: 100g. of meat, chicken or fish, 1 deep plate of tomato and cucumber salad and 1 digestive infusion.

Before going to bed: 1 infusion and 1 toast of whole wheat bread spread with light jam.
